Shipping Information

We will prepare and process your order within 1 to 3 business days after your purchase has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day, while orders placed late on Friday or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within an estimated timeframe of 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned due to any of the following reasons:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

  • The delivery being refused or rejected by the recipient.

  • Failure to respond to re-delivery attempts made by the courier when offered.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Note:

In some cases, carriers may offer a return option. If re-shipment is declined or not completed within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.
