4.2 Grace Auckland is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, strikes, or events beyond our control.

4.3 Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

5.2 To initiate a return, customers must contact us in advance by email at info@graceauckland.com, providing the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Product photos (in case of defects)

5.3 Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).

5.4 Products must be returned unused, clean, with all accessories, and in their original packaging.

5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.

5.6 We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that are used, damaged, or returned without valid justification.

6. Legal Warranty

6.1 All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with applicable law.

6.2 In the event of a defective product, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or, in some cases, a refund, provided the defect was not caused by misuse.
